We use a number of different shipping options according to the value of orders and the products being shipped: Our main courier partner is APC, who operate a small van network to which any of our products which contain glass are sent on a fragile next day service.
We typically use APC for fragile overnight: it's the best fit for framed work in our experience and rarely results in damage. Smaller items — tubes, prints, samples — go via trackable services with the right courier for the parcel size.
Some Highlands, Islands, and offshore postcodes carry a premium delivery surcharge from every UK courier. We'll always quote that surcharge separately so there are no surprises on the invoice.
We ship globally, including air freight for time-critical projects. We can't fix-quote international shipping until the consignment is packed — exact weights and dimensions drive the rate — but we'll always offer an estimate up front. For high-volume framed work we may glaze with acrylic instead of glass to reduce in-transit risk.
We can ship direct to your end client, both UK and internationally. The fixed UK mainland drop-ship fee is £17.50 (subject to postcode restrictions). Recipients should be briefed to inspect on arrival — if outer packaging shows damage, refuse the delivery; if the goods inside are damaged, tell us within three working days with photographs.
