The following file types can be accepted:
We accept JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and PSD files. Save in either sRGB or Adobe RGB colour spaces — both are supported by our RIP and 12-colour archival pigment workflow.
Avoid special characters in filenames — they can break batch imports and FTP transfers. A simple alphanumeric name with hyphens or underscores is best. Reserve characters such as ! < > * ~ # % & + , : ; ' " { } [ ] are best avoided.
Files should be supplied at the exact print size you're ordering, at 300dpi. Up-scaling from a low-resolution source will lose detail; if you're unsure of the original file size, send it across and we'll advise.
If you're providing images for a multi-image template (Mosaics, Lux, Block Art), include a layout sketch so we can match panel order and orientation. Clipping masks are available for every standard template — just ask and we'll send the matching PSD.
Email small files directly to sales@ultimatframes.com, or send larger sets via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or our private FTP. We'll confirm receipt and flag anything that looks like it may need a re-export before going to print.
Send us a test
Email sales@ultimatframes.com with a single test file and we'll proof, print, and ship a sample. The fastest way to lock the colour pipeline in.
