We are 99% a trade-only supplier but in full transparency there are a few occasions when we do supply individual customers — for example when they are trying to match a product they purchased from a photographer who is no longer trading.

In a word, no. We prefer orders to be sent to us via email, with images sent through third-party services such as Dropbox, or we can set up an FTP link where you can transfer images directly to our server. We're also working on a downloadable Excel order form for the future.

We recognise the investment required in sample products and that it benefits us if you're able to show customers our work. Whilst we don't supply free finished samples, we do offer substantial discounts to make this as economically viable as possible. We do supply sample mouldings to customers free of charge, as and when required.

Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. Every printer is different and there's a multitude of subjective opinion when it comes to colour. We use 12-colour printers to maximise the potential colour gamut, alongside the latest RIP software for colour management.

Even when monitors are calibrated there's a degree of uncertainty, so it's far better to run a small test before you start using our printing services. We're a certified Hahnemühle print studio with many years of printing experience and we'll be happy to help you through the process.

We typically use APC as our main shipping partner — they offer a fragile overnight service and, in our experience, rarely break our products. Smaller items such as tubes and prints may be sent by other couriers, but always by a trackable service.

Yes, we offer 30-day trading accounts. Submit our credit application form and we'll carry out a standard credit check. Once approved we'll set up your account and confirm your terms.
